ALPHA® Synalow
ALPHA® Synalow is a halide free, low residue, synthetic resin cored solder wire designed specifically for hand-soldering operations of assemblies previously wave soldered using low solids synthetic fluxes. The synthetic flux system leaves only small amounts of clear non-corrosive residue. This residue is safe to leave on PCB’s whilst passing all standard specifications for corrosion and surface insulation resistance.
